We got off to a bad start but have now got a regular, very helpful carer and helpful office communicators. It took 6 to 8 months but we got there, plus no one knew how bad I am or how much help due to a former earlier form when I joined. I also feel I am needing more notice taken of me and how I am and given more support and help when out as I am very good at hiding it plus I have good manners and do not like upsetting people.

Caring and professional provider
We have always had very good service. Carers have always been on time and understood my husbands needs. We have the carers overnight when I am on respite so they are in our home a long time. They always carry out any job requirements well when they are here and fully respect our home. Lillyfields understand the importance that we have the same carer if at all possible so as to cause as little anxiety for my husband as possible while I am away. This means the carer knows my husbands routine very well.

I can't fault the management service from Lillyfields Live-In Care. My Farther has a wonderful, full time live-in carer who has become his best friend. If there is ever a problem Lillyfields always respond to my emails and phone calls right away. If the carer ever needs a long break then Lillyfields have always provided a suitable carer to cover these times.

Overall, what would you rate Lillyfields Care out of 5?
My mothers care
My mother lives on her own and is confined and although I live away I am always in touch with her and Lillyfields. I must say the carers and the office team have been fantastic and compared to others we have had. It is such a relief to myself and mummy that we are getting this level of support.
They visit 4 times a day, 7 days a week and have never missed a call and the latest I think they have been is about 30mins, thank you.
