Quite caring, much improved over the last 12 months, eg more regular time keeping. Usual carer who knows what is required for the patient and remembers where things are. Always willing to do the task. It would be very difficult to manage without them.

Continuity of care

Lillyfields provide 4hrs one day a week. There is continuity of care with the same helper, mostly, which is important for Mum who has Alzheimers.

Above and beyond

Jane is really wonderful and at the first sign of concern for the client from the carer she was on the phone to me to see how best we could help and support a very vulnerable and frail lady. The carers I have met have been caring and conscientious and have my praise and admiration.

The carers have been very pleasant

The care has only been provided for 2 weeks so it is early days, however the care arrangements have worked well so far and the carers have been very pleasant.

Very good care workers

Lillyfields have a good team of very good care workers all trained to a very high standard. They try very hard to keep a regular time for home visits and any complaints, which are very few, are dealt with good understanding for clients views and their workers.

At last a care agency that does its best

I moved to Lillyfields in March this year after using 3 different care agencies over the last 2 years.
Nothing is to much trouble for them, the carers always look smart and know what they are doing and the office staff always try and sort things out for my husband.
It is nice to see a agency that tries and means what it says, even when they are short staff they make sure my husband always gets his visits which is more than the last agency did

Great friendly company

The greatest bunch of people you could find. After 3 years with the company, the carers are considered by me to be friends, who keep my day today care really of a high standard keeping my home easy to run. They go well beyond the care and help you would expect, my home is kept in top condition. They change my bed, Do the dishwasher and laundry, and as I have been very incapacitated with my illness, it is a joy see them everyday. Well done

Friendly, professional care

Really happy with the provision of care from Gardiners for my son. I asked for, and received, consistency of carer. He is friendly but professional. All in all a great family run operation and we will hopefully continue to use them long term.
