A kind provider
Lillyfields Care has provided me with carers who know what is expected of them and do so to a high standard. Admin is fast to let me know when carers are running late and by how much and they can accommodate my personal needs by allocating extra hours whenever I request them. I am very satisfied with the service and I am likely to recommend it to others.

80 year old living alone with dementia
Lillyfields Care provide daily visits for half an hour am and pm, plus an extra half an hour at lunchtime to heat a meal. At present there is only a need to monitor the medications and sometimes assist with making breakfast.

Lillyfields really do care
Email and phone communication with our central contact at Lillyfields Care is effective and prompt. The morning care worker is particularly thoughtful and tailors her actions and recommendations to my mother's needs. The call cycle is very well adhered to and we have had no issues with regularity of time keeping.

From the first interview to discuss the needs of my sister, she has received unfailing sympathetic, efficient and well organised care on a daily basis. The most helpful, caring people I could ever wish to meet
When my father was discharged from hospital with no care package in place I called Lillyfields Care for help, they did not hesitate. Two of her staff were with us within the hour and they then assisted me to set up a care package that helped both my father and the family through the last months of his life. His time was spent with dignity in a happy, loving, family atmosphere with their help. Their care went beyond what was expected of them, they spent time with him and my mother giving love, support and reassurance as well as care. In the last few days of his life they were there for support and help to the whole family at a very difficult time, they became close friends. Their care was amazing, I can recommend them to everyone who wants to care for their loved ones at home in a happy, family environment but to still have a very high standard of care.

Grateful for the care shown to my Mum
I am very grateful to all of the staff at Lillyfields for the care to shown to my mum, for the 'over and above' duties they performed. One such example is rescuing Mum from a snow bound house in order to get her to a suitable place to meet the ambulance to transfer her to hospital.

Very pleased with the care
On the whole we are very pleased with all aspects of the service Lillyfields Care provide to my Mum. All the carers are pleasant and eager to please, there have been some exceptional ladies who have asked Mum if she would like a bath, which is her favourite thing. I rarely phone the HQ but am always treated well if I have a request or query.
