First class care from Bluebird
Excellent service.
Our elderly mother, who had had a couple of falls and strokes, strongly did not wish to go to hospital and had been put on palliative care at home. Bluebird came to the rescue and she had truly wonderful care from several amazing lady carers who in turn lived at her home over several months keeping her comfortable with their highly supportive and patient care. She was not an easy patient as she got stronger and regained some mobility which in turn caused serious lack of sleeping and eventually a need for extra night staff as no one got any sleep. It was advised that she should be moved to a Care home which we have now done.
Bluebird was there to help the day she was moved and have been truly supportive from start to finish. We would thoroughly recommend them.

How to choose a care company when you dont live locally - well i went by the google reviews on here and started with Bluebird for my mum. During the time mum was alive the care was excellent, she looked forward to the lovely carers popping in each day. As she deteriorated and was in and out of the hospital the company were brilliant with their flexibility to deal with matters at short notice. We were delighted with the 5 star service from everyone involved - thank you

Bluebird provides a good service for our Mum. We are very pleased with K who takes great care of Mum and the pair of them seem to get on well. We understand how difficult it is to provide live-in care these days without a break in cover. For us, the key is to keep in touch with you and the carer so that we build a real relationship of trust. The carer becomes a part of our extended family and she needs to know that she can ask for help whenever this is needed (e.g. fixing the shower or making introductions to neighbours who drop in from time to time!) and know that she will get the support she needs. We would be happy to recommend Bluebird to friends who need care for their elderly relatives.

My brother and I would like to say a huge Thank You to you and your team. The care and attention you have given mum has been outstanding. When mum was unwell, your carers liaised with mums doctor and emergency services which enabled me to travel to meet the emergency services
The carers notes have given me information about mums care, mood and any health issues, which I have found immensely helpful as I am so far away.
