Thank you so much for all the kind care and compassion that you have all shown to Ann over the past few years. Thanks to you all, she was able to stay in her own home for longer than would otherwise have been possible.

Thank you very much to everyone who helped to make the afternoon tea party today such a happy occasion the refreshments were delicious and the entertainment brought back many memories.

We were very pleased with the excellent care my mother received from your lovely careers. They were reliable, kind, friendly and punctual and used their common sense . Mum enjoyed their company in her flat. I liked being able to monitor her care through the easy to use app.
It was always easy to contact the office if I had concerns and they contacted me immediately if there was a problem and quickly put in extra care when she needed it. Thank you Bluebird.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to you all, as this is my last day. I have written individually to the people with whom I have had the most regular contact but there are many others, both carers and those in the office, who have had a very positive impact on me during the last 18 months when I needed support and care at home following a stroke. I have been hugely impressed with the whole of Bluebird Sevenoaks and I know so many people play their part in ensuring that it is run not only with efficiency but also with great respect and consideration. I have found the standard of care to be very high and I have felt confident in all those that I have had dealings with. I would like to say a huge thank you to the whole team and for the many acts of kindness that have been extended to me over the last 18 months. I know that all the help that I have received has played a significant part in enabling me to make such good progress. The rehab journey continues but I have been lucky to have had the best start possible. Although of course I am happy that I have reached a point in my rehabilitation where I can manage without carers, at the same time I am sad to leave behind the individual relationships that have been built up over many months.

All the girls are really lovely and so caring.

I had already had a couple of recent phone calls and emails with Amy about my mum so most things had already been covered before the review. It is easy to contact Bluebird and questions are answered quickly. Mum and I are very happy with her care and necessary I can see what support she has had on the Openpass app.

Very understanding. My father who was very reluctant to have extra help has said all the carers have been excellent. That’s a great compliment as he’s a man of few words.

I am very satisfied with the care provided by each of the carers who I have seen. They are courteous, friendly and helpful.

Genuinely reliable provider.

Staff from Bluebird in Sevenoaks looked after my parents for over two years, firstly until my mother died and then my father alone. Initially they attended several times a day and then provided live-on care at the weekend to supplement the live-on care we provided for the other five days a week. As a family we found it emotionally difficult to adjust to the changes to our parents cognisance and medical conditions, which were complex in both cases, although dementia formed the basis of them.

The staff within the office were very helpful in helping us to find the right approach, using their experience to guide and support us. They always ensured staff arrived when booked and completed their care tasks. Whenever we had questions or unforeseen issues, their advice and help was invaluable. Whilst all members of staff were helpful at all times, Kari was so kind and understanding and deserves special mention.

In terms of the carers themselves, we can’t speak highly enough of the professional service they gave. They were compassionate and kind in everything they did, both tasks and conversations. As the conditions changed, they were flexible and understanding in every respect, dealing with some very challenging situations in a way that spoke volumes for their professionalism and caring natures. In particular, June looked after Dad for most of the last 18 months and has been a real star. Her advice, understanding and compassion helped Dad and us through some difficult times. It genuinely feels like she is part of our family and has made a real difference to Dad’s quality of life.

My aunt has no children of her own and her nieces do not live nearby. We are very grateful to have the services of Bluebird Care who monitor her well-being on a day-to-day basis in a very friendly and caring way. We appreciate being able to use the Open PASS app to view daily comments and note any concerns. Bluebird are very helpful when we phone up about any issues.

Thank you for having a carer visit always as agreed, and for providing additional visits at sometimes short notice, which has been so valued. Thank you also for all having such a caring attitude that Mum has been happy to welcome you into her house - we were concerned that she would become agitated with the changing situation, and the fact she hasn't says a lot about the people on your team and the training/coaching they receive.

Bluebird have been providing live in care to my aunt. The carers they have sent gave all been very professional and have done a good job of helping my aunt live in her own house.

Caring staff, well run. My mother is not the easiest of people to manage but they have persevered and care for her well.

Bluebird are a joy to work with. They welcome feedback and if there are any issues these are dealt with promptly. Care packages change and the company are very flexible. The office staff are great and the individual carers have become an extension of our family. Care is out in during difficult and emotional times and the carers are sympathetic, empathetic, professional and very caring. They go the extra mile.

The team at Bluebird Sevenoaks are just the best. I'm so proud to work for such a supportive and wonderful team! Our customers and carers are fantastic and the office girls are incredible. I've been a part of the team since July 2020 and it's the best thing I've ever done.

The support provided by the office team and the fellow carers was always amazing and encouraging and allowed me to always feel that I was working confidently and to my best ability.

We did have quite a variety of different helpers, and it would have been nicer to have consistency but it was Covid and everyone had to make adaptations. All the carers were excellent and very kind to Mum, she enjoyed having them. I felt very safe leaving Mum in their care and certain they would always turn up even in bad weather or difficult times.

We have been using Blue Bird (part time live-in care) for nine months now to help support my father who has dementia. The care he receives from June is exceptional. She quickly established a bond with my father which reduces his anxieties. All his needs are met with professionalism, care and respect. This reassures us as a family that our father is safe and content. The carer is flexible, supportive and communicates well with all the family to ensure consistency of care is maintained. All communication with the administration staff has also been professional, friendly and regular with good response times to any questions etc. Thank you!
