Very pleased with all carers.

I am very happy with the care provided to my elderly father, aged 88. He has familiar, regular carers at times of his choice. The service is very professional in all areas. I am particularly impressed with the efficient communication, especially the out of hours service. I am reassured to know I can speak to someone, or get a text response 24/7.

Bluebird Care have always proved to be an invaluable source of help for my husband. They are well-trained, trustworthy, empathetic, prompt and reliable. We couldn't ask for more.

I have been extremely impressed with the main live-in carer provided by Bluebird Sevenoaks for my mum. She seems well trained but above all is very kind and treats mum with dignity and compassion. Initially mum was most reluctant to have a live-in carer but she now 'loves' her carer, knows she could not manage without her, and no longer feels anxious, lonely and depressed.

Everything works well with Bluebird. My only area of concern is that my mother is not always clean and at times her clothes smell. It is something we have discussed in the past and I am aware that she can be obstinate and difficult but her cleanliness is paramount.

We now have an agreement whereby if her carer is having problems with her she will immediately contact me by mobile and I will talk to my mother on the spot and whatever cleaning or washing that needs to be done will then be effected.

Without you the wonderful care Dad received in his last week would not have been possible. I can never thank you enough for everything you arranged and for finding the exceptional people that visited. Dad could not have had better and nor could I.
