I take really good care of him.
Neighbours have complimented me as M.D always had clean clothes on. I even washed his trainers which now look brand new and we went clothes shopping together. I take really good care of him.

E picks up what I need, clearly very quick and capable. She is sensitive to stuff and I really appreciate that.
Really happy with her as my carer, suits my condition and a really good match.
One of the things I've found most helpful is having the same person regularly visit.

Everybody is so lovely and genuinely cares
Everybody I have spoken to has been lovely- carers, office, supervisors, even the finance person I spoke to, who said, ‘We will really take good care of your mum.’ I would never expect such a comment from someone who deals with finance". Our lovely carer, F, always goes above and beyond for mum, I definitely have the feeling that she genuinely cares.

Nothing they can do better
I can honestly say there is nothing you could do any better than you are already doing. From the very first meeting, I was filled with confidence. The Manager was friendly and knowledgeable, the carers are kind, and considerate, and always respectful. I would recommend Bluebird.

Really listened to what I had to say
I would so like to express my gratitude for stepping in to support my husband at a very difficult time. From speaking with A and hearing her calm voice which instantly eased my worries, A was understanding and took the time to really listen to me. I then met with S who had a very friendly and reassuring nature and engaged with R throughout the meeting which meant a lot. R’s new carer F is great with him, she has patience and skill and she has a way of understanding R and calming him which gives me such reassurance knowing he is in safe hands. M your co-ordinator was very helpful and flexible with organising care visits which were often Ad-hoc. There were times when I was not sure if a visit was needed. M was reassuring which helped especially during the time I was arranging for R to attend the day centre. I would highly recommend Bluebird Care
