Always looking forward to my visits
Since receiving support from Bluebird Care, I now have a carer who takes the time to sit and engage in conversation with me, she has had a positive effect on my mental health and I look forward to seeing her each week, especially to complete our crosswords. She also likes my cat, Tinker, which means the world to me.

Such good staff
M was so very kind when C was unwell recently and she really looked out for him and recognised that something was not right and we can't thank her enough. All the ladies are lovely but she really went above and beyond.

Your care service is excellent
Your care service is excellent. I was even able to have a break with M's younger sister, giving her my full attention, we went out of the house environment having 1-1 time at the shops without him calling me which he usually does, so this proves he was very settled with your staff.

I visited Dad yesterday and I have to say he seemed a lot more chatty and on the ball. I've noticed on the camera today that he's actually put on a nice shirt, made himself a cup of tea and he's actually sitting in the garden reading his paper which he hasn't done in a long tie. I have been working with Bluebird Care C&S for 8 years now. I find the office staff very approachable, comparing to other care agencies I have worked for. They really do care for their staff and are ready to listen and help if you have any issues or concerns. Supervisors and Service Managers are often visiting customers to check on the quality of care the customers are receiving. Regular reviews are being done to ensure the Care Plan reflects customer needs. I enjoy working for Bluebird Care.
