A great job
I just wanted to let you know how brilliant S was with Mum this morning. As you know, from our conversation, Mum has been hesitant to accept care, to go from that to her happily agreeing to 2 sessions per week is a great testament to the rapport S quickly built up and how she spoke with Mum. Mum was full of praise for her. I always think it's important to call out when someone has done a great job and S did. Thank you for your help, we are all really looking forward to having the care in place, and I think it could make a really big difference to Mum's life.

I was so impressed with S, she did a fantastic job and we appreciate her care. She was attentive to Mum's needs and we were so grateful and surprised to even receive a birthday card from her, for Mum!

I have been working with Bluebird Care for the past 4 years and can honestly say it’s the best decision I made. When I started as a carer I had the opportunity to further my professional growth and development and with the support of the management team I successfully worked my way towards my new role as a Customer Services Manager, which gives me great pride.

Such great support
Thank you to Bluebird Care for supporting my father over the past year. Although he was a very stubborn and private individual, often not wanting care support, the Bluebird carers always attended to his needs, more than often putting up with his stubborn behaviour. It gave me such peace of mind as I live in Ireland, knowing my father had such great support in his last few weeks.

Truly wonderful
When Michelle visited, mum told her that she was concerned about a friend who she hadn’t been able to contact in a couple of days. Thank goodness that Michelle listened and acted on what mum told her, stepping in and calling the emergency services. All this concern for someone she’d never met and who was nothing to do with Bluebird Care. Had she not done so the outcome doesn’t bear thinking about. Michelle is truly wonderful.
