So impressed with the level of care

We have been so impressed with the level of care provided to my mother who was previously very reluctant to receive care. The carers supported her during a time when the family really needed extra support and your lovely carers did not disappoint. Many thanks to Bluebird Care.

Great company

My carers M and S support me with domestic duties which I find very difficult to manage independently. They are great company and always go above and beyond to ensure I am.

Like a member of the family

A stayed with C for many hours to offer comfort and support. She sat with C and read the Quran and prayed over Mr F. This gave C peace and comfort at such a difficult time. She was not just a great support to my father but to my mother also. She became like a member of the family.

Doing a great job

I would like to thank T for supporting M over the past couple of weeks whilst she has been in and out of hospital. T regularly reports concerns to the office and the relevant help/assistance is therefore provided to M. T is doing a great job.

A great help

My main carer MG is a great help. In addition to her normal duties, she deals with telephone calls since I am deaf. She arranges hospital transport. Without this help, I should have to go to a care home and lose my independence.
