Where to even start with how brilliant, professional and life saving Bluebird have been? My elderly father came out of hospital a month ago, very frail and with a lengthy rehabilitation ahead of him. We had some incredibly traumatic experiences with the NHS designated carers (poor/dangerous training, unreliable) but fortunately we had also set up a visiting care timetable with Bluebird. Carly, Michelle & Gloria came to our rescue many times when we were left high and dry and needed Bluebird carers to step in last minute, and responded to our distress/worries with empathy, efficiency and flexibility. The Bluebird carers themselves have all been well trained, experienced, friendly, respectful and conscientious as well as being lovely to spend time with! As we move forward with my dad's rehabilitation it is so good to know there is a top knotch local care agency just a phone call away. Thank you so much to everyone at Bluebird - we are truly grateful!

I feel positive, blessed, and grateful
I feel positive, blessed, and grateful for the carers visiting once a week, they make a difference to my life as I normally feels isolated and I look forward to their weekly visit as they are rays of sunshine, lighting up my life. I love that they talk to me and are also compassionate about my well-being, which means such a lot. I feel really relaxed around them, and even when I felt unwell some days, I want to be where they are in my home, instead of in bed. I am used to routine in my life, and changing carers was unsettling as we had got used to each other. But my carer is brilliant, change is a part of life, and we are getting on really well.

At least I've now got one less thing to worry about in that Bluebird are looking after Mum and she seems so much better. The Alzheimer's is not going to improve, but her physical health has improved a lot, thanks to Mary and her elves!
Final bit of good news, I had a text from my brother yesterday saying Mum is finally getting the care she needs. We are taking that as a victory Sarah! Thank you for everything, you really are a star!
