Very efficient support

I just wanted to thank you, Kike and the rest of your team for your terrific and very efficient support while my mother L came to stay this last few days. It was really impressive. Our carer Ann was outstanding and my mother liked her very much. It was not only a huge help to L but very reassuring to the family to have Ann come twice a day. I hope very much you'll be able to continue to help in the future when my mother comes to stay - it'll be for a few days every month. We'd certainly request Ann next time.

Support us with every service we need

Bluebird Care have looked after my mother in law for 2 years or more. She is very fond of her Carer who looks after her with great care in every area of her life. Mum is 92 and when the time comes to leave us, she wants to be in her own home. I feel confident that Bluebird will be more than able to support us with every service we need. If they keep their current standards up they will continue to be 1st Class.

Gentle, caring

Florence is always very punctual, in fact, she is often early. She is very attentive, making sure T is comfortable, happy. Florence is gentle, caring and always provides me with an update about how the evening has gone when we meet.

Made such a difference

A huge thank you to all of you for all that you have done for M over the last 5 months. It has made such a difference to M and J and myself - Tracey has clearly put so much care and thought into making M's house tidy and a nice and safe place to be, and generally looking out for M, and I know it is not always easy! But M must really trust Tracey to let her do this.
