Wonderful carers
I just wanted to thank you and all of your wonderful carers for all the care and attention they are giving to my mum. The standard of care is very high and they are so kind to her. As a result she is slowly getting less confused and we can have a pleasant and meaningful conversation with her now. I am so pleased with they way things are working out and would hope that this will now be a permanent contract with you.

Such wonderful carers
Thanks for sending me such wonderful carers. I bless your company they are all so caring. In fact I must say that everyone who has come to see me are amazing and so understanding. Carers always provide a proper service
Bluebird has been caring for me for 5 years. The carers always provide a proper service. I feel like all my care needs are addressed and everything is taken care of. They always take time to sit and talk to me because sometimes I can feel lonely. They are always mindful of areas that are sore and do their best to keep me feeling comfortable. If I tell them something is wrong, they always listen and take note of what I am saying.

Really friendly and helpful
I have been receiving care for just over 6 months with Bluebird. Since i started I have found that all carers have been really friendly and helpful. They will always offer to help with anything I am struggling with. I have a young child so I find that having an extra pair of hands really makes a difference when trying to keep up with daily household chores, even if it’s just putting the washing machine on. I have full trust in my carers when they are around my daughter which is important to me. My mobility is limited and I always feel safe when being moved by the staff. The carers take their time and never rush me. They always ask for my consent and I always feel respected. I would definitely recommend them.

Carers are really helpful
We have been with Bluebird for 2 years. The carers are really helpful and we feel as though nothing is ever any trouble. They’re always there to listen to us whenever we have problems. They do everything we need, all we have to do is ask. We struggle with mobility so it’s great to have a helping hand.

Feel welcome and valued from day one
I was incredibly nervous starting at Bluebird Care due to it being such a career change. However, there was absolutely no need to be. Every member of staff has done everything possible to make me feel welcome and valued from day one. There’s truly no better feeling than knowing that you’re the reason someone has smiled that day. The team at Bluebird are like extended family, and I would urge anyone thinking of a job in care to apply. It’s not easy, but it’s definitely worth it.

The best care that he could have wished for
Please pass my Brothers and my own heart felt thanks to all the staff that have looked after my Dad over the past two years. He’s had the best care that he could have wished for especially in the last few months. I’d also like to extend a special thankyou to Mel for the support you have given us both, its made the world of difference! Staff are so supportive
I have been with Bluebird since may 2019 and have enjoyed my time with the company. The staff are so supportive and I enjoy seeing all our different customers. Not every day is the same and the job can be demanding however I feel a sense of achievement every time help someone. I find this job very rewarding and would recommend Bluebird.

Professional, well mannered and friendly
I have been receiving care from Bluebird since August 2014, the carers have been looking after me 3 times a day and a companionship call for 3 hours once a week. Thank you for your time, support and care. No matter what has happened over the last 6 years the carers have been professional, well mannered and friendly.
