I've worked at Bluebird for almost 3 years now. My experience has been amazing. The team are more like family then work colleagues. Everyone from field cares, office staff and management are very friendly, always welcoming and very supportive of each other. I feel very appreciated within the work that I do within the team. It's a great place to work and I love my job.

It’s been two months since l joined the bluebird team and all of them are very lovely ,very welcoming l remember when l was called for an interview l was very scared and wasn’t even smiling l was so srs had an interview with a lovely lady Dana she made me feel welcomed she talked with me very nicely and made me feel at home lol l ended up smiling till the end of the interview trust me when l say they are all lovely; to the bluebird team keep up the good work guys cheers

Very professional
The staff I have met and spoken to are highly professional. Always accommodating and cheerful. No problem is too big they are ready to sort out issues and have acted fast when required. The carers are fully trained, professional and also warm, lovely people. My mother is so happy and always looks so well. Bluebird has truly taken a huge weight off my shoulders, weight I carried for many, many months. Thank you.
