We get on very well and she is most helpful. No improvements for the service come to mind.

We have good communication with the office. A good and very helpful carer and always the same person. Very reliable. Overall I am very satisfied with Bluebird. Being a carer, one has very little time for oneself, and due to the COVID, friends phone but it's so important to have somebody visit.

All the carers that we have are very professional and friendly.

I wanted to thank you all for looking after Auntie so amazingly well for hte last four years. When she had that fall four years ago and you came in to give her 24 hour care we were so impressed with the professionalism and care that all of your staff gave. We were never worried about Auntie which says a lot. Unfortunately we as a family were not able to visit as much as we would have liked due to the distance between us. You were all so helpful each and every time we rang. We love her to bits although she could be a bit stubborn at times. Our special thanks must go to the wonderful care Francoise gave her and the way she handled her. She kept her laughing and to a certain amount, independent in her home. Francoise is an amazing person and carer, she became a great friend to Auntie and I know she will miss her greatly even though her poor mind won't let her remember her visits. Francoise always said she treated her as she would her mother. We could ask for no more than that, she went above and beyond the call of duty.
We can't thank Bluebird enough for everything and we mean this from the bottom of our hearts.

We would like to say a very heartfelt thank you to all the team. We are certain that you have enriched L's life over the last 4 years as well as caring for her and we cannot say thank you enough for this. We do not live on the doorstep and it has been very comforting to know that she has been in good and caring hands.
