Please can you deeply thank Sharon, Mollie, Paulette, Juliet, Maria and all others who have been helping my cousin stay safe.
I know you are all under your own pressures as well as your clients but I am so grateful  for your kindness and compassion for my cousin.
Please take care of yourselves and let me know if there is anything I can do if needed however small extra detergents, soap  or if the key safe jams again etc.   I know Alex is a wonderful support but he may not always be around.     I hope you all feel safe as I believe my cousin does at home.

The carers are wonderful

I know I have said it before but I just want to say again just how much I appreciate Bluebird's help.  The carers are wonderful and also a big thank you to all the staff at the office who work hard to make things happen behind the scenes.
I really don't know how I would manage without your help.

I am blessed to have such good carers

I just want to say how grateful I am to you all for the help you are giving me. Paulette is an absolute God-send and this morning helped prevent me having what would have been a painful fall against the wheelchair foot plates. Also Shannon is very good and very helpful. I am blessed to have such good carers.

Devoted carers

Sincere thanks to all at Bluebird for the unstinting help, support and advice you have given our family looking after Mum and then Dad. They would not have been able to have stayed in the house they shared all their married life without this most professional support dealing with all their personal, mental and medical needs without question. You have been the central organisation liaising  with all the other agencies as well as dealing with emergencies.

Genuine and sincere care

I would very much like to propose Hera for an employee of the month award.
I cannot speak highly enough of her. Her qualities are numerous and various. She is ultra-punctual to the point of always being at least 15 minutes early, and extremely rarely late. She has a sunny disposition only matched by her consummate professionalism. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Hera's attention to detail and attentive listening skills are second to none. She has a wicked sense of humour and is always patient and thoughtful. But what really sets Hera apart is her genuine and sincere care, concern and ( professional ) affection for my mother.
Hera is one in a million, and should be valued accordingly.

Caring, consistent and responsive

The service is professional yet friendly, caring, consistent and responsive. I truly appreciate that and I feel that both my Mother's and my needs are catered for. The training which is received or the standard expected from your carers are evident as I feel confident leaving my Mum knowing that she will be looked after very well and with dignity.

A joy to see a cheerful face in the morning

It is a joy to see a cheerful face in the morning when the carer arrives. Everything was explained carefully in advance of carers coming. We have been very satisfied. It has always been very easy to contact the office and any matters arising have been well addressed.
