Lovely, always polite, caring, attentive and fun

The care manager, Chantelle, is lovely, always polite, caring, attentive and fun. She sorts the care plan and informs us of the changes. Dad has around 4 carers working with him and we have no complaints. They are always happy, fun, attentive and will sit and play board games and read through his memory book with him.

Professional organisation to deal with. Chantelle I have met personally, she is very helpful and accommodating. The service provided has been helpful to me and my family. Easy system to book respite. They always confirm the booking.

Provide professional care

Since my Mother has been with Bluebird Care her health and well being has improved so much. They provide professional care on a one to one basis and have developed a lovely relationship with Mum, also communication is very good.

On my return after a month, I found my husband in a happy and settled state of mind which goes to prove that he was treated very well by the Bluebird team of carers. They were kind, efficient and professional. I made a good decision to choose them.
