The service is working excellent, very satisfied with the care being provided. The carer wears correct uniform, PPE, arrives on time and stays full duration. No concerns regarding the service. Good communication with the office co-ordinators is excellent. The carer is very good and willing to do all tasks, nice personality, have a good rapport together.

The respite care service is working very good, no concerns. Mrs North had a wonderful time with the new carer Rebecca and loved her to bits. Carers are lovely and fantastic
Happy with the respite care service and how it's perceived. The carers are lovely and fantastic. The carers are instructed not to wear uniform, but arrive on time and stay full duration. No changes to the care plan and is using the service as AD-HOC. There are no issues or concerns, Bluebird Care have gone overboard for us and always happy to accommodate. Just wanted to say a very heartfelt thank you for looking after my mother, so carefully in her last days at home. You were an example to us all - ever cheerful, efficient, logical and practical! You never made it seem like any job was too hard. I know you made friends with her very quickly and she was very happy to be looked after by you.
In particular, thank you for the final 'working night' - I know she will have appreciated having someone to talk to when she woke up, and seeing your kind and gentle face will have been a great comfort to her. You made it so much easier for my sister and I to come and go, knowing our mother was in good hands.
