Excellent care
I would like to thank everyone at Bluebird for the excellent care my Mum received. In particular Agnieszka took a lot of trouble to understand Mum's needs and to explain the options available to us so that she could receive an appropriate service as those needs changed. And when live-in-care became necessary, the main carers, Carolina and Dana both did a superb job engaging with her and keeping her comfortable and well cared for. We were touched that both Carolina and Dana and also one of the relief carers came to visit Mum when she was in hospital at various times.
Your team have done a great deal for my Mum and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bluebird to anyone else looking for care for a relative.

The best of carers
We want to say a huge 'thank you' to both yourself and Isabel. Isabel has been the best of carers more than we could have wished for, we are more than sorry to see her go. She has had the ability to quietly observe E and in doing so has created an environment for E that is safe and comfortable. Even cooking home made food for her. E's body has responded and is in the best shape she has been in for quite a while.

Most professional support
Sincere thanks to all at Bluebird for the unstinting help, support and advice you have given our family looking after Mum and then Dad. They would not have been able to have stayed in the house they shared all their married life without this most professional support dealing with all their personal, mental and medical needs without question. Carers are absolutely amazing
All of your carers are absolutely amazing with Dad. He has improved leaps and bounds in his mobility and in his health. He is happy. To be honest I was scared to have carers for Dad as I did not think he would get a good level of care but I was worrying for nothing! All of your carers looked after him very well and also gave him companionship of an excellent quality.
