Bluebird Care Wandsworth

In my opinion the Bluebird Care Service could not be bettered. My mother’s carers have been sympathetic to her needs and react efficiently and professionally in a nice friendly manner. I am, in turn happy to have the reassurance of knowing that my mother enjoys their company when I can’t be with her myself.

I am very happy already. Such a reliable and friendly service.

Bluebird is the most reliable, caring and professional agency I've used- and I've tried a lot.

This is my first experience with a care provider as I have not heard good things of other care services. Bluebird has exceeded my expectations. Staff are polite and caring I am very happy indeed.

You couldn't make the Bluebird Care service better for me. They fulfilled their promises.

At this point of time, I don’t feel the Bluebird Care service could be improved. From my experience I have been satisfied with the carers provided.

Bluebird care was recommended to me by my doctor's surgery and it was an excellent choice. My carer has been with me for 4 years and she has always been kind, hardworking and efficient. A lovely person.

When I had an initial concern, it was acted upon immediately and non-judgmentally. I have found my present carer to be reliable, supportive, and encouraging. It is more like a partnership, and I look forward to seeing her each time.

Bluebird Care give such a high standard of care.

I do not know how you could improve your care service. I have found Bluebird Care very caring and their management team very easy to talk to. We have no complaints at all.

Thanks to S, Y and R for visiting today and presenting me with such a beautiful hamper! I was utterly surprised and shall enjoy all the goodies over the festive period. I enjoyed the photos you sent too. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all you wonderful people at Bluebird Care.

I would like to take the opportunity of thanking you for arranging for Jy to come to our home and care for my husband J whose Alzheimer's has progressed to a stage where he can no longer be left alone. This respite care now allows me to go out for a few hours knowing that he is in safe and capable hands with someone who J tells me is "very, very kind to him". You have no idea how reassuring this is to hear as the guilt of leaving him with anyone at all, when he wrongly insists he does not need anyone, is extremely stressful and debilitating. Jy fits very well into our home. She is always punctual, professional, cheerful and understanding. J's Alzheimer's means that he frequently does not remember who he is, where, or how to do very basic tasks. This is very frightening for him and he often needs reassurance although is too proud to ask, particularly from a "stranger". It is upsetting for me to see him struggling with this, which is why I am so grateful for Jy coping so well with the difficult situation while allowing him to maintain his dignity. After Jy's visit yesterday I mentioned to J that we were meeting some friends for lunch today and he replied that he didn't have any friends, (he does he just doesn't remember them). I replied that he does, and that Jy (who had just left) was his friend. His face brightened. "Is she?" he asked, hopefully. I told him yes, that Jy was his "special friend", and he beamed a big smile and it made me so happy. So I just wanted to say thank you to Bluebird and particularly to Jy for being John's friend and not just a carer.

I just wanted to sing the praises of C and R. They are both great caring for my son W. And if H is available when she returns from maternity leave, we'd love to see her again too!

Thanks very much for providing such good care yesterday. Everything went well. S is extremely good and looked after S very well. She is already looking forward to next time.

Sadly I have to leave Bluebird Care to continue my studies. It was a privilege to be part of such a dedicated and compassionate team, and I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to have contributed to the important work we do. I have valued the experience and the supportive environment, and I look forward to potentially working together again in the future. Thank you for your guidance and support during my time here.
