I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the great care provided to my mother JW this past weekend. The carer was friendly, cooperative, and immensely helpful throughout the entire period. It was clear that she genuinely cared for my mother making her feel comfortable and well-supported. This respite period was crucial for me, and knowing that my mother was in such capable and caring hands gave me much-needed peace of mind. We are truly thankful for the professional and compassionate service provided by Bluebird, the carer and yourself Y. I found you to be attentive, supportive and understanding. I would like to thank you for sending E to us. She always arrives promptly and works hard whilst she’s with us, often doing tasks without being asked to do so.
