Having worked with Bluebird Care for nearly 2.5 years I would highly recommend them as employers.
I very quickly realised that they do live by their company values of putting employees first as they genuinely care about their welfare.
I've enjoyed working alongside my colleagues who've nearly all started as carers within the company which is the first time I've seen this.
All staff have the opportunity to complete further qualifications and training with support from the office and those moving into other roles are celebrated for do so.
Congratulations on the well deserved Homecare Employer of the year award!

Thank you for finding us Hannah. Not only is she brilliant at getting T to do his exercises, but she also shows such initiative. He used to work in a bank and loves equations, but his dementia means he’s no longer sharp. Hannah helps him by writing down simple maths and they work it out together. They also do spelling tests and exercises together. Hannah has become our friend who we look forward to seeing. When she visits, the house is full of laughter and this is what we wanted. Our journey with you has been great and we are very happy.

Brilliant care
I had never had care before joining Bluebird Care and you have made my experience simply amazing. I have a wonderful carer Tonita who I would now class as family. Brilliant care is not just about washing a person but also about caring for their animals too. Thank you for making my life so easy and for finding me a person who has simply slotted into my life.

Absolutely marvellous
I think the ladies you’ve sent are excellent and I believe the variety is helpful in Mum being less difficult with individuals. M, L and K are all absolutely marvellous and offer a lot of calm and reassurance, clearly gained through experience. We feel very lucky to have them attending Mum.

Such an incredible agency
I just wanted to say thank you for being such an incredible agency. You’ve reassured me so many times and are always empathetic and compassionate. I had the pleasure of recently meeting J who is absolutely wonderful! Today I met T who was amazing and warm too! They get on so well with Mum, it’s just so heartwarming to see. Truly amazing!
I wouldn’t want to recommend customers anywhere else. Bluebird Care Wandsworth has such an excellent reputation for working with customers to find the right balance for them and their family members. It’s not possible for everyone to have Bluebird which is a shame as they are truly amazing!
