Since working for Bluebird Care as a care assistant, I have never encountered such hard working and diligent co workers. Bluebird Care provide a brilliant service that rewards, not only clients but employees too. The team at the head office make sure they provide information and also cater to any queries you may have. In addition to working with many inspiring and supportive colleagues, Bluebird Care has encouraged me to dive deeper into health care to find the perfect role suited to me.

With everyone being so supportive, it's a fantastic place to work as everyday is different. Very knowledgeable and experienced

I’d like to give some very positive feedback on T our carer, who looked after Mum whilst I was at work last week from Monday to Wednesday. She was great. She built a good relationship with my Mum very quickly, she was caring and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Many thanks to you and to T.

On behalf of all our family, thank you very much for the excellent care that you and your team of carers gave to our late brother. Everything that you all did for us, from your initial visit to explain Bluebird Care’s services and then your ongoing support, to the sensitive, kind, professional and understanding way that your team of carers looked after R made a huge difference to the happiness and wellbeing of R’s last months of life. Care and gentle support

Thank you for your kindness throughout our time supporting my lovely mum together. I miss her very much, she was so kind, funny and unconventional. She is always on my shoulder smiling away with a cheeky comment, and I’m so glad she’s free of any suffering. I’d like to do something for H, V and D as a thank you for the care and gentle support over mum's last 2 weeks. It was not easy, and they did so well.

Kindness and help

Thank you so much for all your kindness and help throughout your helping my lovely mum J. Absolutely wonderful carer

My mother passed away earlier this morning. Please let P know that she is an absolutely wonderful carer whom my mother was so happy to be with over the last year or so. She gave my mother so much care and love.  We are all indebted to her.

Well and truly looked after

We can’t thank you enough. Both mum and I absolutely love P and don’t know what we would do without her. I feel so much happier now that I am confident mum is being looked after properly and have now dispensed with our private arrangement carer, preferring to place all mum’s care with Bluebird. Before, the idea of going on holiday and leaving mum was impossible, but I now feel I can take some time away with peace of mind, knowing she is well and truly looked after.

Care and empathy

I have worked with Bluebird Care, as a care assistant since the first lockdown in 2020. I absolutely love my job. The team at head office are always willing to help and work with you regarding your availability and are very flexible. I’ve never worked somewhere where the team has as much care and empathy towards its employees as with its clients. Working for Bluebird and with so many inspiring clients and colleagues gave me the confidence to apply for a degree in nursing, I’m now in my second year on my nursing course and the Bluebird team have been nothing but supportive in everything. I feel that as an employee, I’m supported which enables me to give the best care I possibly can, and that’s what I want to do. I will be doing this type of work in healthcare forever and I have Bluebird to thank for helping me find my vocation.

The staff genuinely care about my parent-in-law and are so accommodating if we request additional help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. A reassuring, efficient and caring service. Couldn’t find better.

Mr F is very happy with how Bluebird cares for his needs. MB is a very kind, able and flexible woman who has gently encouraged him back to being independent. If MB is typical of your employees, I would happily recommend Bluebird.
