Compassionate and professional

We cannot fault AS, she is kind, compassionate and professional. Mum looks forward to spending time with her. I am immensely grateful that I can leave Mum in safe hands for a couple of hours.

Bluebird Care Wandsworth

This morning Hera went to see D and spent her hour there but D was tired and didn’t get up. After Hera had logged off she went up to the bedroom to say goodbye, and found her sitting up out of bed. So Hera spent an extra 30 minutes getting her washed, dressed, and breakfasted, after logging off.
She even took the time to send me a text so that if I saw the Openpass notes I wouldn't think I had to go round and help.
I am so grateful for Hera, and other carers like her, who go above and beyond. This wasn’t just an odd 10 minutes and it just shows the dedication of the Bluebird team.

My sister and I wanted to say how grateful we are for all the care you have given D over the last 5 years. All the people you sent from Bluebird were lovely and despite all they had to put up with, they were all tremendous!
I don’t think anyone else could ever be as good as Bluebird. Emma has been marvellous and has kept us informed all along the way.

I wanted to say a sincere thank you for all that you and Bluebird have done for my parents over the past few years. While it's hard to watch parents decline, and especially hard for me being so far away, at least I knew that they were well cared for. You have a special group of people there and if I was a multi-millionaire I'd give you all a big pay rise!

Bluebird Care Wandsworth

The carers are very personable. They make L feel relaxed and comfortable and communicate very well with him. As his mother, I feel confident leaving him with them and don't feel like I have to supervise them at all times. The office team are brilliant too and check in regularly.
