In relation to the care my Aunt is getting, I can only give the current carer 12 out of 10. She is excellent and my Aunt adores her. I ring weekly and my Aunt only has good things to say in relation to the care she is getting and feels safe knowing she is there to help. She goes the extra mile with arranging face time and sending me photos. She also ensures that L gets her favourite treats which is really special. It might be little things like a chocolate biscuit with her tea but it is appreciated and makes a difference.

I continue to be very happy with the care provided by Bluebird. For example, I rang Bluebird yesterday to ask if a carer could attend my Mum on Wednesday (not their normal day) as both my wife and I were pinged on our Covid App on Sunday evening. It was late notice but the Bluebird team has arranged for one of the regular carers to attend, albeit an hour later than normal which is absolutely fine. This is exactly the high level of service which I am experiencing from Bluebird. The team I speak to on the phone are very good.

I used Bluebird Care in Wandsworth, London to find a carer to assist my 97-year-old mother with bathing and to stay with her when I needed to go out. They have been excellent in providing a suitable carer and also with regular contact to make sure my mother is happy with her carer and the care they provide.
I use them to provide 2 hours of care 3 times a week and I am extremely happy with the level of care they provide. The staff in the Wandsworth office are friendly, helpful and always available when I need to contact them. During Covid, they have been diligent with their carer's ensuring they are continually tested and I always feel reassured that my mother is in safe hands. I can highly recommend them.

I felt I should, although belatedly, write to you to offer a huge, huge thank you to you and your wonderful team of carers, for all the support you gave in caring for G. The names that come to mind immediately are Mercedes, Veronica and Duchess and they were all exceptional. The waking night carers were just brilliant. Without their total support, I do not know how we would have coped.
