Crowborough War Memorial Minor Injury Unit

I'd like to thank The Nurse for my treatment on 10/08/24 and I hope this can be passed along to them. I felt safe, comfortable and welcome in my appointment at all times and The Nurse was very kind, helpful and reassuring. I was embarassed by my injury, and I'm not sure that put in their shoes I would have had quite the same level of sympathy, care and pathos if I'd have had a patient come in asking for help with a problem which was both self inflicted and entirely avoidable (especially at 8am on a weekend). I'm really grateful for the kindness and listening ear that I was given on Saturday morning, I never felt rushed, judged or like I was an inconvenience for being there (which was a fear I had before going in), and I'm so glad Crowborough has a service I could use to be able to make myself feel better both physically and mentally. Thanks for being a listening ear when I needed it and thank you for patching me up - your work is hugely appreciated. I was treated quickly and with compassion and I would recommend the service to anyone - thank you so much.
