Professional, supportive and no pressure
Laura helped search through private health care providers for me. I work long hours, she adapted call times to suit me and also adapted the care provider needs to suit my lifestyle and reasons for searching. There was never any pressure just open honest conversations and time spent making sure i found the provider right for me. Even after choosing a provider Laura helped with log ins, apps and reward schemes

I was impressed with Matt from the start. He took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for, and duly found the right level of cover for us at a really good price. I've just renewed our policy with him for our second year of cover, again at an excellent price.

Nick was an excellent advisor in every aspect of my dealings with him. He took time and was extremely patient to ensure he understood my complex needs.
