Aaron answered all my questions and made it very easy at every stage to set up the policy. I found him to be very easy to talk too and very professional as well, above all else he is very easy to contact without the need through endless, tedious telephone menus or useless call centres.

Aaron is easily the best broker I've ever met. He went the extra mile to make sure I got the right insurance product with the appropriate cover for my needs, going through the various different options and keeping me constantly updated on the progress.

Came across an article and decided to enquire. Matt Fletcher was really helpful. Called back and we discussed my budget and optional extras I wanted. He found me the best quotes and explained the different policies. It was my first time looking into health insurance and Matt was really helpful and patient explaining how it works and the options.

I had no pressure to purchase any plans. Once I decided on a policy this was organised by Matt and I was sent the information and papers.

I would really recommend Matt and have already told friends and family as I was provided with exceptional service.

I reached out to Globacare after my health insurance went up almost £20 per month this year. Fabio had a caring attitude from the start, acknowledged my frustration and understood perfectly what I needed. He swiftly provided me a better quote with a different provider and within 2 days I gave him the go-ahead to move my health insurance elsewhere. I had contacted other brokers but the prices that Fabio found were the most competitive, and the service provided by Globacare was second to none. Communication was timely without being overwhelming.

I had private health care cover some years back when I was an employee, but now as an employer/business owner of a small-medium sized business, it was my turn to procure this ...so naturally googled it!
I contacted a few providers directly by filling in forms, but also contacted a couple of advisors, and Globacare was an obvious choice based on the positive reviews.
Matt Fletcher was incredible - extremely patient and attentive, and achieved a better deal for our business than going directly to the providers.
Matt will simply respond to emails quickly, and not pester you on the phone to get you to sign up. If you want to speak with him, like I did, he'll ask for a convenient time to talk etc.
Matt explained and covered every aspect of the policy, and my advice to anyone new to this area is to know the levels of cover you opt for as there are limited / unlimited options available and some providers may quote you for limited (cheaper) policies, where Matt achieved unlimited cover options for a better price.
We will definitely contact Matt at renewal time, and from someone who does not leave many reviews/referrals, I just had to write this review for obvious reasons.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Concise, no-nonsense evaluation of current cover and alternative providers. Painless and drama free transition to the new provider along with personal follow up support.

I was impressed with how professional and friendly Nick was. He made sure he understood exactly what my needs were and helped me look through the details and evaluate my options. He was very informative and patiently sat on the phone with me for 1 hour until I ran out of questions to ask. Nick seemed competent and passionate about what he is doing and it was a pleasure working with him. I was very confident with my final choice thanks to his advice.

I was a bit fed up that my health policy was increasing in price despite the fact I had made no claims. Globacare were more than helpful in checking whether there were cheaper equivalents on the market and came up with an extremely suitable alternative only ten pounds more expensive than my policy of the last twelve months. All the subsequent requirements have been sorted for me and nothing has been too much trouble.

Unhappy with my old health insurance provider not only cost but service, contacted Mathew about changing and he couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient, great service.

Matt has been of incredible help, well and above expectations. After having found out we could transfer from Bupa Aus to Bupa UK, Matt told us exactly what to do and how to do it. It all fell apart when Bupa provided an eye watering quote which was, I think, out of line after 23 years membership.
This however did not phase Matt and he secured us an excellent alternative and we will be asking him if he can improve on it in 12 months time.
