Very happy with the whole process
I was recommended by friends to contact Louis to discuss options for family healthcare cover given my existing one had risen dramatically over recent years. Louis was very responsive and professional in providing an overview of the market and some of the technical terms used by healthcare providers. Within a day he had reviewed my cover and recommended a like for like policy with another provider that was some 20% cheaper in price. I was delighted and moved provider. He guided me the entire process simplifying where possible and explaining each step rather than selling per se. Very happy with the whole process.

Replacement HealthCare plan.
My partner and myself had already used Nick for HealthCare plans before (after we retired and lost the cover provided by our (then) company policy.
Every time we've contacted Nick, he's been polite, helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the plans out there in the market and which plan will suit our needs.
I also like the fact that he stays in touch by either email or phone - spares the time to talk through the plan and makes sure that the plan is suitable for our needs.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Globacare and Nick for your needs.

This was my first experience signing up for private health insurance, and Matt really went above and beyond spending time patiently walking me through the various options.
