Nick was an excellent advisor in every aspect of my dealings with him. He took time and was extremely patient to ensure he understood my complex needs. A few years ago, my wife explained to Matt that I was paying over £400 per month for private health insurance with PPP. He immediately got in touch and having gone through some health and lifestyle questions was able to secure me a vastly reduced premium. Since then Mat has regularly reviewed my policies and obtained extremely good insurance policies for me. Matt is a consummate professional who clearly has an exemplary working knowledge of the insurance industry. He is easily contactable and always on hand to assist with any claims or concerns. Excellent customer service
I reached out to Globacare after not getting much response from another provider. Alfie got back to me straight away and gave really clear, helpful advice on health insurance options for our family.
What I really appreciated was how easy the communication was, especially since we’re based in New Zealand. Dealing with time zones and emails can be tricky, but Alfie made it all feel very straightforward.
We’re in the middle of preparing for a move to the UK, which is already pretty stressful, so it was such a relief that sorting out health insurance was this simple. Within a few days we had everything sorted, and Alfie took the time to answer all my questions and explain things clearly.

Switching private health provider
My private health plan with AXA/PPP was due for renewal on 31/3/26. I requested Matt to provide me with options for the renewal of a private health plan that should be more cost effective than the renewal plan offered by AXA/PPP We considered a discounted AXA/PPP plan, a BUPA plan and a plan with The Exeter. With the help and advice from Matt, I have chosen a new private health plan with The Exeter. The service and advice I have received from Matt has been very prompt and excellent. I would highly recommend him to others seeking private medical health.
