Nicholas was hugely helpful during a market review as a result of renewal of our health policy. After reviewing a number of options a shift from BUPA to Aviva has resulted which a) saves us money and b) maintains cover at the same level despite having a claim in the current year. Nicholas was patient and thorough.

From the start, I found communication with Globacare easy and helpful. I had the insurance I wanted created to suit my needs and affordability. The agent was very helpful in his explanation and sent follow-up emails with clear details of the insurance cover I was getting. He didn't just send a brochure, he explained it himself and the cost as well. All queries were answered satisfactorily. He dealt with all the paperwork. Documents and information were sent promptly. It was a very good experience dealing with this company and I would definitely recommend them.

"can do" attitude
I was given Will's name by a friend. I had been with the same corporate provider for over 30 years. Premiums had risen substantially and the service provided was starting to become a problem. Hence I looked for a change. I found Will's "can do" attitude refreshing and he quickly resolved all my fears of moving after so long, particularly with regard to continuity of medical history. Will responded promptly and gave me confidence that he knew the market well. I was therefore very happy to move providers, not only for a premium decrease but I am expecting a better service.
