I have used the services of Globacare for placing my private health insurance, for several years. This year, for the first time, my contact was Nick Zainal. I found him very easy to talk to and very helpful in guiding me through the various options. He recommended a change of provider and found me a contract with better cover, and a lower price, than that proposed by my existing provider - something I could never have sorted out for myself.

Annual Health Insurance Review
Having been a BUPA policy holder for over 30 years I was concerned that their costs were rising, in my view, disproportionately with the increase in age of both myself and my wife. I contacted Globacare as I noted that they were the main sponsor of Dorset County Golf, something that I am actively involved with. My first point of contact was Matt Fletcher who impressed with his understanding of my situation and the action that could be taken in order to review the market and find me a better option. The outcome was that he found a very favourable arrangement with Aviva at a significantly lower price with improved benefits. I accepted this arrangement and now feel very comfortable going forward. I found Matt to be very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and he explained all the options to me in a very clear way. I have since contacted my daughter who is also looking to amend her and her family's health cover and advised her to contact Matt at Globacare. Many thanks for all you help.

I used this company for the first time and can say I am very impressed with the quality and honesty of their work. My broker was Fabio Peixoto, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He even replied to emails whilst off sick! He sourced me a great quote and sorted out my families health cover with no issues and was very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I contacted Globacare to enquire about private health insurance for my daughter. I was contacted quickly via email and arranged a phone call to talk through the possibilities. Nick was able to respond to all my questions in a detailed and patient manner and confirmed that he could find something suitable and within my budget. Nick came back to me with his recommendation and I decided to proceed. The necessary paperwork was provided by the stated deadline. I was impressed with the level of customer service, the research undertaken on my behalf and the efficiency in getting the policy finalized. At no time did I feel under pressure or rushed. Will Forsyth has been advising us (me and my husband) for many years with regard to private health insurance. He has always been extremely helpful, explained everything clearly and concisely and always been completely honest about the products he has recommended. It hasn't been easy for Will to find suitable cover for us (due to pre-existing conditions) but he's always managed to find he best options to suit our budget.
