Will Forsyth has been advising us (me and my husband) for many years with regard to private health insurance. He has always been extremely helpful, explained everything clearly and concisely and always been completely honest about the products he has recommended. It hasn't been easy for Will to find suitable cover for us (due to pre-existing conditions) but he's always managed to find he best options to suit our budget. I have no hesitation is recommending Will as an excellent advisor, who clearly knows his products and takes the time to get to know his clients.

I started my health insurance journey by contacting all the main providers through their websites. I heard nothing back from most of them. Then Nick Zainal from Globacare got in touch - my initial feeling was 'great' all my details are with insurance brokers now and I will never hear the end of it.

First experience
Following a recommendation from my daughter, I contacted Will for advice about cancelling my current Health Insurance. His response was crystal clear, including a quotation for a replacement contract. There has been a few months delay as I extracted myself from Insurers, a brief telephone conversation, confirmation of the quoted contract (no change), a document exchange. A genuinely refreshing and honest provider.
We had been actively searching for a new provider for almost two months when we came across Will from Globacare. There was an instant connection made when he listened to our needs and gave us a genuine and succinct review of our options rather than launching into a highly biased sales pitch. Where we had waited weeks for quotes from others, Will was back to us in a matter of days and also took the time to continually update us with progress. Not only did his proposal offer the lowest price it also far exceeded the cover that we considered possible for our team. The outstanding service has continued after we signed the contracts and we truly feel we have finally found someone who will simply handle our healthcare and life insurance needs for the long term, without us needing to invest our own time in researching the market.

I dealt with Matt at Globacare for company subsidised private healthcare. I cannot compliment him enough! Firstly, he dealt with me during a very, very busy work period so my attention was limited and my response times were awful. He stayed patient and was always enthusiastic when I did get back to him. Will Forsyth has again gone the extra mile in obtaining health insurance for me. The quote was much better than the one I had from Saga so after six years have decided to leave them and am now insured with Aviva.
Will talked me through everything in his professional manner and kept me up to date, he calls to make sure you are happy with everything before you proceed.
