Matt Fletcher understands his job very well and effectively. His attitude on the phone and in writing is very warm and makes you feel special. Wonderful in this world where 'old fashioned manners and understanding' seem to be a thing of the past.

Health care review
I was a Bupa member for many years but a few years ago I asked Will to search the market for me to see what other Providers can offer. Since becoming a client I receive a call every year to discuss the renewal and to enquire if there have been any issues in the last 12 months. If another provider has terms which appear attractive we discuss them and should any action be necessary I can leave all the formalities to Will and leave me with the minimum administration.

Excellent Customer Service
I was hesitant to deal with Globalcare to start with. However, Fabio was extremely patient with us and he did find us medical insurance which cost less and covered more than we previously had. I would strongly recommend Fabio and the service his company offers.

Globacare is the best insurance brokerage I have used over the years. They are responsive, professional, and put the interests of the customer first. I have dealt with Will Forsyth on a couple of occasions, and he has always gone the second mile. I work in a professional services environment myself, so know what good service looks like.
