I reluctantly contacted Matt as I was struggling to find an insurance provider. From our first conversation Matt made us feel at ease. Within one conversation he had arranged very reasonable life cover for my partner, I proved to be more difficult. I have struggled with mental ill health in the past and this seemed to be a hindrance in being getting insured. Matt took a history and went about looking for insurance. Very quickly he too found I was difficult to accept to insurers. Instead of giving up, he heard me when I said it was unfair I should be penalised for struggling and seeking support in the past. He rang an insurer back and appealed my case. This led to them agreeing to review it. He was also honest and said they may not accept me so looked for potential back ups. I ended up still being rejected by the insurer but the back up he found did indeed accept me. Throughout, Matt kept in contact and I had a direct line to him for updates. I am now insured and I and my family feel our future is secure. I highly recommend Globacare and Matt in particular.

I was searching to compare the prices and packages of private health insurance companies and left a message to Globacare. Fabio was very prompt to answer and dealt with the issue speedily and professionally. He provided with a better deal all round than the one we have at present.
