I recently had cause to look at reviewing my existing healthcare. I found Globacare almost by accident (by searching for specific hospitals I wanted included in cover) and contacted them and received a callback from Louis Vafa. I had very specific requirements about what I needed to achieve. Louis took the time to research all options for me and other family members. He has managed to come up with far superior, less restricted cover at a lower premium for 2 members of my family - and I had no hesitation in making the switch. The remaining 2 members will hopefully be in a position to make the switch in due course (for reasons relating to the required time period elapsing regarding exclusions). I very much appreciated the advice that Louis gave me in this regard; in other words, he wasn't simply trying to convince me to switch right now - as it wouldn't have been in my best interests. I would highly recommend Globacare - and am very glad I came across them in my search. Top notch.

Matt conducted a comprehensive review of the market and presented the results in a clear fashion. He was most helpful and amongst other things was able to reduce the premium whilst providing enhanced cover. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt's very professional services.

After 17 years as a loyal customer of one of the UK's leading medical insurers without making a single claim, I was disappointed to be told my cover is being discontinued and I had to phone to discuss options. After wasting hours on repeated attempts to contact anyone by phone, and being repeatedly refused e-mail/chat/messaging contact, I gave up and contacted Globacare. I was lucky to be answered by Matt who courteously accepted my preference to have the info put in front of me in writing to read at leisure before making final tweaks by phone, saving me hours of wasted time waiting for callbacks that never arrived and listening over & over again to recorded messages then being connected to different people each time. Interesting that the insurer's excuse for not supplying the info I requested is that they aren't regulated to give advice. I wasn't asking for advice, I was asking for info however Matt is FCA regulated, important to me as a retired accountant, and so helpful as it allows a specialist to sieve through the detail and present a customer with a tailored option. Yes, I did buy my renewal from Globacare, thank you Matt.

He was not pushy at all but said said to me Mr Patel don't worry I will call you next year and see what we can do for you. He called last week and have me a amazing quote explaining everything and always following up by calling me promptly. Answered all my questions accurately. Louis should be highly commended for his past and present work which when dealing with Vitality has been like getting blood from a stone. So much so, that I have lost my temper when attempting to speak with the morons at Vitality. I apologise to all morons as I do not want to insult them as they are way ahead of Vitality! Louis’s patience, understanding and constant communication with both myself and Vitality is exemplary! I have referred several people to him who have also had nothing but compliments to say about him. I intend to use Louis for the foreseeable future with regard to my health insurance issues.

Matt initially dealt with my wife Linda. She was very impressed with his approach and manner and said that I should maybe speak to him as well. I did this and Matt was able to offer me a more comprehensive policy through BUPA saving me over £2.5K per annum. Matt was very personable and demonstrated a comprehensive working knowledge of the market. He was flexible and in no way "pushy" unlike other companies I have dealt with. I would highly recommend Matt to other prospective buyers.

Louis consistently obtains the best cover for me at the lowest premium. He has reduced my premiums for a third successive year. He is utterly professional and thoroughly knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him or his brokerage to others.

Health Insurance Review With Matt.
Found a company giving better benefits at a lower cost than my existing policy.

Matt has been exemplary throughout the process. Very clear about the various options available, gave clear explanations and answers to queries. And found a very good policy at a reduced price! I would say that Matt has been outstanding throughout.

I was initially expecting an automatic response on the computer, based on the limited information provided. Matthew was certainly on the ball on the follow up telephone call to the computer generated request and provided me with some relevant guidance.
