I dealt with Matthew who explained the Medical Insurance Policy and was very efficient. I did not feel pressured at all into purchasing the product. Maybe a lot of companies could learn from this approach.

I am really thrilled
I am really thrilled with my new package of Private Healthcare Plan with Aviva. It definitely gives more cover than my previous plan. Also I found Nick very easy to talk to and very helpful with his suggestions. He also took time and was not a rush to achieve his aim of a new customer.

Options needed?
I was recommended to Matt by a friend, who had had a lot of help in choosing his way forward.
My position was that my wife and I had been with the same provider for many many years, and had become complacent about health care options.
It was very helpful to speak to somebody who was knowledgeable, and very helpful. Our options were explained, and costed, which enabled us to make an informed decision about the way ahead.
We are very satisfied with our new options, I’m grateful for all the help received. Good job!
