Kingsley arranged my medical insurance cover 12 months ago and I was very satisfied with with the whole process. He contacted me again recently at renewal time with a recommendation to change provider which has significantly reduced my premium by suggesting that I accept Aviva's 6 week NHS option. He pointed out that in the current environment there was little prospect of the NHS being able to offer elective surgery within 6 weeks so with that in mind I decided to accept his recommendation and pocket the savings. It's good to have a broker who doesn't just pass on a renewal document.

Although our annual renewal did not involve a price increase Will contacted to advise he had reviewed, researched and had found an alternative with added benefits at a lower cost. On acceptance he processed the cancellation and new application with no effort required on our part.
All carried out in the most friendly and efficient manner.

Excellent service. I was unable to go ahead with Kingsley's recommendations at first as I was in the middle of a claim with my existing insurer but he kept in regular contact and was eventually able to provide a solution which saved me nearly £1,000 per year for the same cover.

I have had annual reviews of policy terms with Will Forsyth for a number of years. This year I told him that I had decided to renew with my existing insurer and would not bother him with the annual process. Will reviewed my current Health Insurance for my wife and I. He advised me to stay with my current insurer, as I had a previous claim and an ongoing health condition. I had showed an interest in PMI but had previously been put off by high prices and policies that, I felt, weren’t ideal for myself and my family. Louis Vafa was very professional but also persistent with his approach. Having previously gone off of the idea, Louis reminded me exactly why PMI is so important without the sales pitch. It was personal and seemed as if I was his only client as he worked so hard to find a policy that was the right price and the right cover for my wife, my two boys and myself. In all fairness when Louis phoned the first time I didn't have any intention to review my existing health cover, let along moving to another provider.
From the very beginning, I was hugely impressed by Louis' professionalism to introduce himself, manage the call and most importantly the respectful manners Louis showed at all times which did actually create the need in me to go a review my current health insurance. Never pushing and most importantly listening to my answers at all times and showing consideration and respect to my opinions.
Louis offered to review and come back with new alternatives to my insurance and he delivered his promise in a timely fashion manner.
Although Louis' alternatives were interesting from a cost point of view I had initial reservations which Louis managed very well and after listening my objections he reverted to me with appropriate answers to my questions.
