I received a phone call from Louis last week outlining what the company does. He offered to source me a cheaper insurance plan if applicable. He was very informative and was able to answer any questions I had.
A very courteous manner and a lovely approach over the phone. Kept me informed of all details and understood because of my work at times I wasn’t able to answer his call when ringing. Always backed all up with a email. Look forward to dealing with Louis in the future.

Consultant Louis was fantastic. Very professional, listened to all of my questions was attentive in establishing need and want in relation to distance sales. Louis was efficient and returned my call when promised. He was patient and explained the policy in detail. He gave me sufficient time to consider my options before committing to signing up. Louis also advised me on the next steps what to expect in the next few days. He also reminded me of the referral scheme offered. Finally he advised that he was available if I needed any further assistance now or in the future with my health insurance policy. I will highly recommend this company in fact specifically Louis to any of my friends, family and colleagues who may be interested.
