Received a call and at first thought I didn't have the time to talk as working in a responsive covid-19 environment. Louis was very calm and talked through some options and made the process so easy to access a better product. I am found wanting at the moment as there is a few things outstanding for me to do but will follow up. Thank Louis just the review if my current plan meant better products which expanded on what I had and also reduced my premium. Great!

Kingsley's efforts on behalf of Globacare have been exemplary. Hopefully, we won't need any recourse to the policy but I do hope that all the exclusions in the booklet provided have been taken care of in my policy. I also hope that the policy next year doesn't show an enormous increase in premium otherwise I shall have to look at the market again.

Went into process a little sceptical and also worried about time it would take. Was very impressed from the start with how easy it actually was - made all the easier by great service from Kingsley. I have the same cover as before but for much less. Would recommend this Company, not only because they deliver great service but also because they don’t hassle you. I was initially contacted a year or two ago and the Consultant then was not pushy or overbearing. Whilst she didn’t get my business, purely because I didn’t get my act together, she left me with a great impression of the Company and when contacted again I decided to look further into what they had to offer.
