A Good Recommendation
I was recommended to Globacare (specifically Will Forsyth) by a friend who had just taken out a medical insurance policy at what seemed like a competitive premium rate. Having given up on both Bupa and Aviva in recent years and having no medical insurance for the first time in my life, I decided to contact him. I had become very cynical about medical insurance in general and was therefore not an easy customer to please, but Will worked quite hard to find me something I felt I could accept given my pre-existing health conditions. He did not employ a hard sell technique, which is always more likely to win clients.

Second year of excellent service
Last year was our first experience with Globacare and everything went very well. The second year renewal has come round very quickly. They have now reviewed our current situation and offered an improved product, this has been gratefully received. Very efficient service, much appreciated.

Definitely a 5 star service
When I was due to renew my private health insurance I found it had gone out of my reach (due to age apparently). I was exceedingly grateful to have a telephone call from Globacare who said they could help. Tobias not only found a policy that gave me identical cover but had a lower excess.
The switch was handled by Tobias and it all went very smoothly. On the renewal date this year, Tobias contacted me to make sure I was still happy and I had no problems. I have already recommended Globacare to friends.

A really good experience
I would like to say thank you for sorting out private heath insurance for 'P' and I. You took the time to assess our needs by conducting a comprehensive review, and explained things clearly throughout. As a result we both now have a bespoke policy that suits our individual circumstances - especially 'P' who is self employed. I was impressed not only with the flexibility and range of policies offered by Globacare, but also with your customer service, which includes a review of our medical insurance needs each year to ensure best value for money. It has been a really good experience working with you, as we knew very little about private health care, and this has given us peace of mind as neither of us are getting any younger!
