An excellent and prompt service
I have so far received an excellent and prompt service from Globacare/Vitality for private health cover while joining as a new fresh customer. My package was clearly explained and improved upon for a better premium that what I had with another organisation. If this is the standard of care to be expected I would be delighted!

Useful and clear advice was provided about our health insurance options
We weren't considering changing from our AXA health policy as we had a further year to go at the same price and benefit level, but Tobias emailed us with a suggestion that he could give us a better option at a cheaper price.
We spent some time considering this and had several communications with Tobias, before finally agreeing to take up his suggestion of going with Vitality, where we seem to have matched or better benefit options with a cost reduction of more than £600 p/a for our combined policies.
Tobias gave us clear and fairly concise info about the alternative option but was quite patient and not pushy, whilst we prevaricated over this fairly complex decision.
I'm pretty sure we'll, be using his guidance in the future.

I very rarely take cold calls over the phone, especially not from a call centre, and especially with regard to financial services and insurance. However it was clear within a short space of time that Tobias was knowledgeable and not incentivised to sell at any price.
