Will was very calm and considered in his response to questions I had. He was never pushy - just gave me the facts clearly and in plain English, no jargon.
He said he knew he could get me a better deal than I was on and he did, saving me around £75 per month.

Once I had established that this was a bona fide phone call, not a scam, and Will was very patient whilst I worked through that, the calls were on time, as agreed and efficient. There was plenty of time to review documents sent by e mail and come to a decision with no pressure from Globacare

When I was approached by GLOBACARE I was sure that I could not get a better deal than my current supplier; but it transpired after a telephone conversation with them (On Mr Forsyth's advice) that I had been misled about the 'Trust' hospitals available to me.
I contacted my then current supplier to enquired about the cost to amend the hospitals available, I was informed that I could not change the policy mid-term.
I then contacted Mr Forsyth again to change suppliers. He was most helpful and went through all the options to enable me to make considered choice

I had many concerns over PMI and had many questions which I needed answering befire I decided to make the move as I spend some time working abroad with my business.
I found the information to be very clear and there was always a great explaination into my personal circumstances which made me feel like the agent actually understood my situation and wanted to help
He honestly pointed out areas my original policy would not have been suitable and he adapted the policy to fit around my lifestyle and work for me if I should ever need to use it
Overall, I am happy to have sorted cover, my premium is within my budget and my cover is extensive.
Fingers crossed, this policy was just a pleasant conversation and not a dependancy for my health in future

After being with my other health care for thirty five years, I am finding it difficult as the cost is going to high. I like the piece of mind with private care, and didn't realise how easy it was to switch, keep my full cover and piece of mind. Thank you for helping me in helping me make the move to yourselves as I have always been worried about moving . I didn't think anyone could better what i had but you have.. Very Happy
Very happy with the very professional and helpful service I received from Tobias at Globacare.
He dealt with my current health insurance provider instead of me having to argue with them and managed to save us a lot of money and with extra benefits. He always called me back which I find unusual today and found the whole transfer painless.
I would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the service of Globacare. Tobias has saved me a lot of money with better benefits.
