Glad I contacted them as I am happy with outcome
I was looking around for health insurance, I work in the nhs and I see daily how people are left struggling for months for basic health support. I decided I want to make sure I can access health care in a reasonable time. I had a budget in mind, I knew exactly what I wanted covered Nick called and we talked for a short time, he totally understood my requirements. 1 week later he called me back and I agreed to the package he had found for me. I can tell you it's a relief knowing that I have this in place should I need it in the future.
Nick wasn't rushed, he took time and was gentle, empathetic on the more sensitive side of health conditions, no judgement and didn't feel he was pushy or indirect like some sales reps can be.
I am happy with the outcome. I have already recommended Nick to friends of mine, the whole process was a lot smoother than the comparison sites.

Finding me the best care at the best price
I initially reached out to Fabio to add my partner, in addition to that Fabio checked if there was any way to decrease my premiums and get an even better care. In less than a few hours, he found a provider that would suit me greatly, paying 30% less on my premiums for better care and also sorting out my partner so she's covered as well. It was fast and I got more out of the exchange than I had expected initially.
