Health Insurance for Daughter
Currently working overseas, and wanted our daughter to study A-levels back in the UK. Aside from school & boarding arrangements, needed to plan for private health insurance in case of need (have an alternative option to NHS). Nick was super responsive & helpful and provided guidance on the carriers/policy benefits that would be most suited to our daughter (at the time 16 years of age). Through AI I was given recommended brokers to contact for information on health insurance. I emailed the top four and got a very quick response from Matt Fletcher of Globacare. I came across Louis last year after searching for a new health insurance broker. I had terrible after service from the previous ones.
Talking to Louis was like winning the lottery. He is super professional, super helpful, super empathetic, kind and understanding. A calm voice that makes you feel looked after in the best possible way. I immediately trusted him 100%. That's rare for me.
He found me what I needed, and I knew I was in good hands. My health insurance renews in a couple of weeks. Louis was on it and once again, made sure I got the right package for the right price. It's all so seamless with him. You can rest assured he will look after you (as a good broker should do - but very few do!!).
As I said in my title, can you clone Louis and ship him out to hundreds of businesses that haven't got a clue about customer service, client liaison, and professionalism?
