I was contacted by Alfie through an online enquiry I made very quickly. I explained who our current insurer was and what we were looking for. After a friendly discussion and details given, Alfie checked the market and provided a very competitive quite with WPA. Although this meant less rewards than our current insurer Vitality, the price difference wasn't justifiable. Alfie was friendly and there was no pressure. He came back quickly and efficiently with the quote and checked in a day or two later in case I had questions. I didn't feel pressured or any 'hard sell'. He took the time to listen and advise and was not uncomplimentary of any other providers, just that our needs were met. A great service and thanks for all of your help now and going forward.

I had an expected large increase in premiums with BUPA and knew that I had to move to reduce the premiums. However Matt was able to keep me with them and reduce the premiums at a cost which was acceptable!!

I had an original scoping query about the general cost of health insurance, and Matt gave me some indicative figures. When I started making more focused enquiries, I used another brokerage service that was recommended to me. Whilst they were perfectly pleasant, they looked at the main providers and came up with an offer with so many exclusions that it wasn't worth the money, and we concluded that health insurance wasn't for us. Matt subsequently followed up on the original enquiry. I explained where we had got to - he was kind enough to offer to have another look and provided us with details of the Exeter offer - after a series of email exchanges, we developed a cover that exactly fitted our needs at a price that we could afford - we did everything by email, which suited me since it's my preferred mode of conversation. we were recommended to Louis by a very close friend who spoke very well of him. Our friend was absolutely right.
We are in our seventies and of course, health insurance is very important. Like most people, however, at a time when premiums rise our income doesn't and it's a worry. Our former Broker wasn't very helpful and certainly not pro-active.
How refreshing then to find someone who got to grips with the issues quickly, understood our needs and concerns and took great pains to match them with our resources.
