Health Insurance Renewal
The service provided by Harmony Health Cover is the best I have ever had and I have had private health insurance for nearly 40 years. I have spoken with Kirsty for the past two years and she is always prompt, professional, informative, helpful, always respectful and nothing is too much trouble.
She explains clearly details of the policies she recommends and is at pains to make sure the policy is tailored to my needs and if there is any doubt, she finds something that is.
I have confidence that every year when my renewal time comes, she will be there again to find the best deal she can for me. It is a pleasure to deal with her.

Private Medical Insurance
Scott Harrison of Harmony Healthcare strikes me as having an excellent knowledge of the Private Health Insurance market and has been able to provide good and competitive proposals which frankly also saved me the time of doing the research myself. I switched this year from my current provider based on the options that Scott suggested.

Family Private Medical Insurance Policy
I recently took out a medical insurance policy. I was very happy with the service I received. Catherine took the time to properly understand why I wanted insurance and fully explain what was available to me.
I didn't feel like there was any pressure from Catherine at all, which is a problem I have had with other brokers in the past. Catherine sent over all the information via email for me to have a good read of and told me she would be available should I have any questions. I was very happy with the service
I received and certainly will be recommending to friends and family.

Renewal Of Cover
As usual, I received a call from Scott when my renewal premium became due. As I was about to leave on holiday we agreed a date to contact me. I received the call as arranged and Scott was able to clearly advise me of the renewal premium being asked by Heath Insurance provider. Before contacting me he had researched the market taking everything into consideration. He explains all aspects the benefits, the disadvantages etc., between providers. In a very short time I was completely satisfied with the information I was given. Any questions I asked were replied to clearly, and accurately. (A very professional gentleman). and proceeded.

I contacted a couple of companies to provide us with quotes for health insurance. Both offered us good options, and our chosen insurance provider was offered to us by both of the companies, for the same monthly payments.
