Very personal service
Year 2 and Harmony have found me a better deal, very pleased with their service. They make you feel that you are their only customer, very personal service. The only thing I did query was the way the renewal was worded with the new insurer but a quick phone call and all was explained, excellent.

Delighted with our Health Cash Plan
As a small business consisting of just 3 employees we weren’t sure if we would be able to have a company Health Cash Plan. A friend suggested we contacted Harmony Health Cover and I’m so glad we did! We spoke to a lady called Kirsty who, after an initial discussion, went away and found two potential options for us. Kirsty was fab, not at all pushy and was extremely patient, despite all of our questions! Not only can we now claim back money towards our optical and dental expenses but we also have access to discounts at Currys, Sainsburys etc plus counselling and even things like acupuncture! We can’t quite believe how much we’re getting for our money! It’s a no brainier! Thank you Kirsty!

I am well, thank you, even much better with your recommended Vitality plan.
It is pity you cannot see my progress which is recording on the Vitality website, but I can say for sure it motivates me a lot!
I do lots of walking every day, in fact a minimum 8 km every day, and have I lost more than 3 kg since 5 May ( I very much hope I will achieve my goal to lose 5 kg till 5 August) and very often I get the trophies and badges from Vitality too!
Thank you for your advice, I purchased a Fitbit tracker and the scales, so I can track all of my food and activities. It is a bit expensive, but it was worth it. My husband bought Fitbit tracker as well, and I can see he started move a bit more too.
So, yes, I am quite happy and well, thank you.
I have never used my Vitality GP because thank God, I haven’t had any problems with my health at all.
If you can give me more tips, I will gratefully accept them.
