Kirsty has been very professional and helpful. Although I've worked in financial services for many years, health insurance remains an arcane and complex area. The options for myself and my wife were carefully explained, and a provider was recommended that had significantly lower premiums while providing similar cover, than my existing work-place provider was prepared to offer when I retired.

I was first contacted by Harmony Health 2 years ago who looked into my health insurance renewal and I was extremely pleased with the results, I had been with the same provider for many, many years with the premiums increasing annually ! Harmony Health looked into this for me after asking me a few medical questions and found another provider covering the same like for like insurance that I already had but at a much reduced price. They have just been in contact with me again as my insurance is due for renewal and they have done the same as before and found me the insurance best suited to me at a cost I can afford. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to contact them before they take out an insurance as they find the best policy suited to you personally and take away all the hard work and stress involved.

Change Of Broker And Cover
I have changed my Health Insurance provider because I didn't feel that was right for me. I paid every month, just in case if something happen. With a new Harmony Health Cover I can see the company really care about their customers, making access through OnlineGP app so easy and what's more the company encourages their customer actually care about their health rewarding their efforts with Cinema tickets, discounts etc. Its wonderful and I would really recommend Harmony to everyone!
I also would like to mention my Broker who provided professional, caring service with a personal touch. He explained everything making sure I understood all details being patient and supportive all the time. I am really happy with service I have received and I would highly recommend my broker and insurance company to everyone. Thank you!

Very professional service received from Scott Harrison and given good advice for plan switch. Received regular contact to make sure all details were as required. The application was completed on my behalf, saving me time, and then emailed to me for final completion and signature. I was recommended to contact Harmony Health by a work colleague and would further recommend to friends/family.
