When searching the market for Health Insurance I chose three online brokers to provide like for like quotations. I eventually opted for Harmony Health Cover primarily because I felt that I wasn't just being sold Medical Insurance I was receiving a quality service and sound advice based on my needs and requirements. Company Medical Cover
We had a company medical scheme with another company and were very dissatisfied with the way in which they dealt with our renewal. We had met Kirsty from Harmony Health Cover and decided to give her a chance to give us a quote.
We were not disappointed with the time and effort she spent trying to give us the best quote taking into account all our needs, she spent time explaining everything to us in full and we would certainly recommend her and her company to anyone seeking health insurance.

Health Cover Advised By Kirsty Bennett
Kirsty guided me carefully through the options available to me to change my health cover provider. After discussing my past medical history and how it would affect the change over she promptly sent me details in the post for my to read through carefully before deciding.
At no time did I feel put under pressure to purchase. Any queries I had were carefully explained to my satisfaction. The transition hopefully will be seamless but I'm still in the very early stages. My new provider will supply more medical cover for slightly less monthly outlay.
I am fully satisfied I have made the right move and confident I can refer back to her if there are any issues.

Health Cover
I was contacted by Harmony Health Cover and was extremely pleased with the service provided by them.
They looked into my Health Cover Care and found me a policy which gave me the exact same coverage but with a big monthly saving which in this current climate was "music to my ears".
They were not pushy, quite the opposite ! I had a concern and I e-mailed them and to my surprise received a telephone call from Kirsty on bank holiday Sunday to put my mind at ease and explain what I needed to know.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Harmony Health to anybody.

Moving Health Provider
The Harmony representative carefully explained the point of the call and helped me understand how the company worked they did find me a health insurance product which was more to my needs and took pains to explain to me what would get from the product.
They followed up with a second call at the allotted time next day to confirm I was interested after reading through the paper work emailed to me. I found that they where helpful and none pushy.

Health Insurance Switching
I needed to change my health insurance supplier and was at once put at ease on the telephone with Scott Harrison who gave me excellent advice and explained in great detail the changes and differences I could expect with a new supplier.
I was given time to consider a deal and a short time later decided to accept and go ahead. I would definitely recommend Harmony Health Cover.
